Her choice

《由她》是一件关于女性自我觉醒与人生选择的视觉叙事作品，讲述刘昭娣在传统观念、社会期待与他人目光中寻找自我的过程。作品通过十二位来自中国历史与文化中的女性，展现她们在不同领域突破传统女性角色的经历。我展示她们，是因为她们拥有不同的人生道路，也说明女性没有唯一正确的人生答案，而应该拥有选择自己人生的自由。

Her Choice is a visual narrative work exploring female self-awakening and the freedom to choose one's own path. It follows Liu Zhaodi as she searches for her identity while facing traditional values, social expectations, and the judgment of others. Through twelve women from Chinese history and culture, the work shows how women challenged traditional roles in different fields. I chose to present them because their different lives show that there is no single correct way to be a woman, and that every woman should have the freedom to choose her own path.
